5月19日，由广西水利电力职业技术学院承办的2022年中国-东盟能源职业教育高质量发展论坛正式开幕，来自马来西亚、柬埔寨、老挝、泰国等国的嘉宾，国内36所职业院校和16家行业企业的120多位代表共聚云端，围绕中国—东盟职教共同体、改革与发展、合作与展望等主题、专题发表演讲。
On May 19, the 2022 China ASEAN forum on high quality development of energy vocational education, hosted by Guangxi Institute of water resources and electric power technology, was officially opened. Guests from Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and other countries, as well as more than 120 representatives from 36 vocational colleges and 16 industrial enterprises in China gathered on the cloud to deliver speeches on the themes and topics of China ASEAN vocational education community, reform and development, cooperation and outlook.
近年来，广西职业教育院校积极服务国家扩大开放、响应“一带一路”倡议，一大批职业学校协同企业面向东盟国家“走出去”，为东盟国家中国企业及当地企业培养高素质的技术技能人才，输出技术标准，进一步深化了中国-东盟职业教育的交流与合作。
In recent years, Guangxi vocational education institutions have actively served the country to expand its opening-up and responded to the "the Belt and Road" initiative. A large number of
vocational schools have cooperated with enterprisesto "go out" to ASEAN countries, cultivating high-quality technical talents for Chinese enterprises and local enterprises in ASEAN countries, exporting technical standards, and further deepening the exchange and cooperation between China and ASEAN vocational education.
作为国家示范性（骨干）高职院校、全国优质水利高等职业院校、全国水利高等职业教育示范院校、广西高水平高职学校和高水平专业建设单位，广西水利电力职业技术学院积极从2016年起开办第一期柬埔寨节水灌溉培训班至今，为泰国、马来西亚、柬埔寨、越南等举办了留学生培训和技能培训班共10期，参加培训的海外学员达1000多人次。通过与东盟国家共建海外培训中心，共建水电“教-研-培”一体化基地项目，充分发挥水利电力类专业优势，主动发掘和服务“走出去”企业需求，助力区域经济发展，促进中国与东盟国家的人文交流，培养了一批海外企业经营所需、具有实际视野、通晓国际规则的本土技术技能人才。
As a national demonstration (backbone) higher vocational college, national high-quality water conservancy higher vocational college, national water conservancy higher vocational education demonstration college, Guangxi high-level Higher Vocational College and high-level professional construction unit, Guangxi water conservancy and electric power vocational and technical college has actively held the first Cambodian water-saving irrigation training course since 2016. So far, it has held 10 overseas student training and skill training courses for Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, etc, More than 1000 overseas students participated in the training. Through the joint construction of overseas training centers with ASEAN countries and the Hydropower "teaching research training" integration base project, we have given full play to the professional advantages of water conservancy and electric power, actively explored and served the needs of "going global" enterprises, helped the regional economic development, promoted the human and cultural exchanges between China and ASEAN countries, and cultivated a number of local technical and skilled talents with practical vision and international rules needed by overseas enterprises.
论坛上，由政府、学校、行业、企业共同参与的中国-东盟能源职业教育联盟成立了。联盟围绕合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展等关键点，输出我区职业教育优质资源和成果，做强“留学广西”品牌，全面推进广西职业教育对外开放高质量发展。同时通过共建人才培养培训基地，培养当地企业急需的本土技术技能人才；围绕能源领域共同关注的热点和难点问题，合作开展前瞻性、实践性研究和比较研究；推动教育、信息、技术和经验交流分享，为地区职业技术教育发展提供咨询和参考等，服务中国—东盟能源行业和区域经济发展。
At the forum, the China ASEAN energy Vocational Education Alliance, which is jointly participated by the government, schools, industries and enterprises, was established. Focusing on the key points of cooperative education, cooperative education, cooperative employment and cooperative development, the alliance exports high-quality resources and achievements of Vocational Education in our region, strengthens the brand of "studying in Guangxi", and comprehensively promotes the high-quality development of Vocational Education in Guangxi. At the same time, we should build a talent training base to cultivate local technical talents urgently needed by local enterprises; Carry out forward-looking, practical and comparative research on hot and difficult issues of common concern in the energy field; Promote the exchange and sharing of education, information, technology and experience, provide consultation and reference for the development of Regional Vocational and technical education, and serve the development of China ASEAN energy industry and regional economy.
