随着“一带一路”倡议的提出与推进，我国企业纷纷走出去，缺少本土化技术技能人才是企业面临的困难。学院对外交流中心主动对接“走出去”企业中国华电集团发电运营柬埔寨有限公司（以下简称“华电运营柬埔寨公司”），校企合作共同开展“中文+职业技能”培训项目，培养熟悉中华传统文化、企业急需的本土技术技能人才。4月29日，华电运营柬埔寨公司16名柬方主任助理、值班员、调度翻译参加了首次培训，培训由学院对外交流中心汪谰老师主持。
With the proposal and promotion of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, Chinese enterprises have gone out one after another, and the lack of localized technical and skilled talents is the difficulty faced by enterprises. The foreign exchange center of the college actively connects with the "going out" enterprise China Huadian Group power generation operation Cambodia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huadian operation Cambodia company"), and cooperates with enterprises to jointly carry out the "Chinese + vocational skills" training program to cultivate local technical talents who are familiar with Chinese traditional culture and urgently needed by enterprises. On April 29, 16 Cambodian director assistants, watchmen, and scheduling translators of Huadian operation Cambodian company participated in the first training, which was presided over by teacher Wang Chen of the Institute's foreign exchange center.
培训中，学员们依次做了自我介绍，表达了对此次培训的期待，希望能在平时的生活和工作中说中文、写中文、看中文。随后，学院季锐老师以学员们的工作地柬埔寨额勒赛水电站为切入点，形象生动地介绍了汉语基础词汇及常用句式。魏宏玉老师从声母、韵母、声调三个方面对所学词汇进行讲解，帮助学员们更好地掌握汉语语音特点，培养汉语口语能力。
During the training, the students introduced themselves in turn and expressed their expectations for the training, hoping to speak, write and read Chinese in their daily life and work. Then, Mr. Ji Rui of the college vividly introduced the basic Chinese vocabulary and common sentence patterns with the students' work place, the elesai hydropower station in Cambodia as the starting point. Teacher Wei Hongyu explained the learned vocabulary from three aspects: initials, finals and tones, so as to help students better master the characteristics of Chinese pronunciation and cultivate their oral Chinese ability.
此次培训现场气氛活跃，学员们纷纷表示受益匪浅。接下来，学院将围绕“中文+职业技能”开展长期培训，努力为柬埔寨员工提供语言学习环境和技术援助，助推华电运营柬埔寨公司服务当地水电发展。
The atmosphere at the training site was lively, and the students expressed that they had benefited a lot. Next, the college will carry out long-term training around "Chinese + vocational skills", strive to provide language learning environment and technical assistance for Cambodian employees, and help Huadian operate Cambodian companies to serve local hydropower development.
据悉，学院还将面向马来西亚槟城昇达学院开展“中文+职业技能”培训，不断向柬埔寨、马来西亚等东盟国家院校和“走出去”企业输出优质教育资源，提升学院国际化办学能力。
It is reported that the college will also carry out "Chinese + vocational skills" training for Shengda college in Penang, Malaysia, and continue to export high-quality educational resources to colleges and universities in ASEAN countries such as Cambodia and Malaysia and "going global" enterprises, so as to improve the international school running ability of the college.
