5月26日，中国教育国际交流协会公布了第五批“中国-东盟高职院校特色合作项目”，我校申报的中柬水电“教-研-培”一体化基地建设项目成功入选。
On May 26, the China Association for international exchange in Education announced the fifth batch of
"China ASEAN characteristic cooperation
projects for higher vocational colleges", and the Sino Cambodia Hydropower "teaching research training" integrated base construction project declared by our university was successfully selected.
2019年，学校与柬埔寨波雷烈国立农业大学、广西福沃得农业技术国际合作有限公司分别签订校校双方、校-企-校三方合作的谅解备忘录，本着“优势互补，共同经营，利益共享”的原则，共建柬埔寨水电“教-研-培”一体化基地。依托基地，联合柬埔寨农业总局、工业总局，面向柬埔寨波雷烈国立农业大学、西哈莫尼国王技术学校等学校及柬埔寨水利企业，开展农业节水灌溉技术和供水技术培训和来华留学项目，推广农业节水灌溉技术应用于柬埔寨金边和暹粒的农场。开发《节水灌溉》《供水技术》等双语培训教材，建设国际化教学资源 ，打造一支双语师资队伍，建成“互联网+”跨境管控室和实训操作室等信息化教学场所。开展《现代化节水防污型农田水利系统关键技术创新研究与应用》的科学研究获2020年广西科学技术进步三等奖。积极开展水稻虾田立体农业，取得了明显的节水、增产、减污的效果，增加了农民收入。

Develop bilingual training materials such as water saving irrigation and water supply technology, build international teaching resources, build a bilingual teaching team, and build information-based teaching places such as "Internet +" cross-border control room and training operation room. The scientific research on "innovative research and application of key technologies of modern water-saving and pollution prevention farmland water conservancy system" won the third prize of Guangxi science and technology progress in 2020. The three-dimensional agriculture of rice and shrimp fields has been actively carried out, which has achieved obvious effects of water saving, yield increase and pollution reduction, and increased farmers' income.
我校成功入选第五批“中国-东盟高职院校特色合作项目”充分表明，学校主动融入“一带一路”建设，依托区位优势和办学特色，创新“四精”人才培养模式，为柬埔寨水电事业发展提供了有价值、可复制的“教-研-培”一体化实践基地建设模式。今后，学校将紧抓区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP）实施机会，深入推进基地建设；加强教-研-培等技术标准和技术方案输出，促进东盟国家教学、科研、应用水平提升；持续紧跟国内水利龙头企业“聚焦东盟”步伐，助力企业事业发展。
Our successful selection in the fifth batch of "China ASEAN higher vocational colleges characteristic cooperation project" fully shows that the school actively integrates into the construction of the "the Belt and Road", relies on regional advantages and school running characteristics, innovates the "four talents" talent training mode, and provides a valuable and reproducible "Teaching research training" integrated practice base construction mode for the development of hydropower in Cambodia. In the future, the school will seize the opportunity of implementing the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) and further promote the construction of the base; Strengthen the output of technical standards and technical schemes such as teaching research training, and promote the improvement of teaching, scientific research and application level in ASEAN countries; Continue to keep up with the pace of "focusing on ASEAN" of domestic water conservancy leading enterprises, and help the development of enterprises.
“中国—东盟高职院校特色合作项目”是在教育部国际合作与交流司的支持下，由中国教育国际交流协会主办，旨在建立职教领域长期、稳固的机制化合作平台，发挥示范引领作用，培育高质量多边双边职教合作项目。此次评选经申报、评议、公示，全国共20所高职院校入选。
