Recently, the Cambodian employees of CHDOC (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. visited our school. At the opening ceremony, the relevant person in charge of Guangxi Vocational College of our school said that he hoped to take this study as an opportunity to carry out in-depth cooperation between the two sides in staff training, international student training, staff skill identification, cultural exchanges and other aspects to help the development of Cambodia's water resources, electric power and other energy fields.
According to the students' Chinese level and language needs during their stay in China, our school has set up wonderful Chinese classroom teaching, explaining and practicing the students' daily language needs during their life and study in China. In addition, in the Guangxi ethnic Museum, Confucius Temple and three streets and two lanes to carry out unique on-site teaching, school teachers combined Guangxi ethnic characteristics of culture and language teaching, so that students in the language learning to understand the excellent traditional Chinese culture, in the traditional culture to experience the charm of Chinese language.
Our school gave full play to high-quality teaching resources and led the students to visit the training bases of our school's Water Resources, Electric power, mechanical and electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, and immerse themselves in advanced training equipment and diversified training scenarios. According to the development needs of enterprises and the learning needs of Cambodian employees, the school has carried out a series of special trainings such as "Chinese + light touch control skills" and "Chinese + hydraulic turbine structure and installation skills". The students listened carefully to the explanation and actively participated in the on-site interaction. In addition, during the training, the teachers led the students to visit the Datengxia Hydropower Station, Guigang Power Plant, Guangxi Mumianlu Soil and Water Conservation Science and Technology Demonstration Park.
In order to promote the skill exchange between China and Cambodia and enhance the practicability of the training, the students of the School of Electric Power Engineering and the Cambodian students carried out a wonderful skills competition activity, and the two sides formed teams to complete the competition project together within the specified time. The activity promoted skill exchange and friendship.
It is reported that the school has established a long-term friendly cooperative relationship with CHDOC (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD., and the two sides signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement to build an international talent training base, and deliver excellent Chinese graduates to Cambodian companies every year, jointly carrying out more than 40 "Chinese + vocational skills" training sessions, and the number of trainees reached 4,200. This exchange training is an expansion and extension of the "Chinese + Vocational skills" online training.
