近日，根据桂国交〔2022〕19号《自治区教育厅关于同意广西水利电力职业技术学院招收国际学生资格备案的批复》获悉，我校成功获得招收国际学生资格，标志着学校对外交流与合作取得新进展。
Recently, according to GGJ [2022] No. 19, the Reply to the Educational Department of the Autonomous Region on Approving the Registration of Guangxi Vocational College of Water Resources and Electric Power to Enroll International Students, our school has successfully obtained the qualification to enroll international students, which signifies that our school has made new progress in foreign exchange and cooperation.
学校坚持走国际化办学之路，与柬埔寨、马来西亚、泰国、老挝等海外院校建立友好合作关系，举办农业水利、水电站综合运用等技术技能培训和“中文+职业技能”培训10余期，培训技术人员达1000人次。为了进一步发挥学校优质教育资源在“一带一路”国家的辐射和引领作用，我校将申请招收国际学生资格作为“双高”建设、提质培优行动计划的重要任务。在学校党委的高度重视下，刘存香副校长就国际学生招收申报工作专门组织召开会议，讨论、研究、部署全局工作，对外交流中心、学生工作处、后勤管理处等相关部门通力配合，积极为国际学生来华学习和生活营造健康良好的校园环境，最终通过招生资格申请。
Adhering to the track of international education, our school has established friendly cooperation with overseas schools in Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, etc. It has held more than 10 sessions of technical skills training on agricultural water conservancy, comprehensive utilization of hydropower stations, and "Chinese+vocational skills" training, and trained 1000 technicians. In order to further give play to the radiation and leading role of the school's high-quality education resources in "the Belt and Road" countries, our school regards applying for international students' qualification as an important task of the "double high" construction, quality improvement and excellence training action plan. Under the high attention of the Party Committee of the school, Vice President Liu Cunxiang specially organized a meeting on the application of international students' enrollment to discuss, study and deploy the overall work. The Foreign Exchange Center, Student Affairs Office, Logistical Management Office and other relevant departments cooperated with each other to actively create a healthy campus environment for international students to study and live in China, and finally passed the application for admission qualification.
今后，学校将根据教育部及自治区教育厅关于培养国际学生的政策和要求，充分利用学校在水利电力类专业领域的办学优势，与“走出去”企业和海外合作院校积极开展学历、非学历国际学生的教育工作，建立健全国际学生管理制度，进一步完善办学条件，加强管理人员培训和国际化师资队伍建设，不断提高国际学生教育教学质量和水平，将学校建设成为东盟青年向往的留学目的地。（供稿/对外交流中心）
